How it works

We have assembled a jury of creatives from around the world who will judge user-submitted entries and crown an "Ad of Da Month."

Sure, there are other blogs and forums to see the work being done across the globe, but no one else is picking a winner. So, send in your stuff. There's a chance that your ego may suffer a crushing blow on a global scale. Then again, there are a number of CDs on our jury. So, who knows? Maybe one of your ads will get you a job in Sydney or Dubai or Capetown or even good old Budapest.

The featured work is judged by our jury who would vote for the best ad every month.

Adeline Tan

Head of Creative Talent , Asia Pacific

Beguiled by the legendary ad campaigns of the 90ís, I entered advertising in 1996 after university. 2 years and a handful of modestly successful campaigns later, I established a commercial photography business which put me elbow to elbow with some of the brightest creative talent in the advertising community. In 2003 armed with my little black book, I plunged Manolos-first into headhunting, in under 4 years placing close to 150 top creatives, including some of the most decorated and high profile ECDs in Asia. In the summer of 2007, I joined the Talent Business as Head of Creative Talent, responsible for the company's creative practice across Asia Pacific. I have a soft spot for black animals, a penchant for haute horology, and a curious obsession with macabre movies. The Talent Business (www.thetalentbusiness.com)

Dalbir Singh, Founder and site daddy

One amongst three advertising creative brothers, I first scribbled logos as a trainee art director at JWT, Calcutta. Thereafter, I moved to the Gulf and then to JWT, HongKong. I added to my frequent fliers miles with stints at Y&R, Budapest and then at Russell & Herder, Minneapolis. Wanderlust struck again and I moved to Africa as Executive Creative Director with Y&R, Casablanca. I moonlighted for DDB, Nairobi and was adequately compensated with a Kenyan Safari. I'm currently back in my favourite city, Budapest with Ogilvy. Having worked across the world, I worked on all sorts of products and can say "I'm busy" in several languages.

András Szántó: VP Operations

Andras is a young and innocent interactive project manager with a creative past and future. He met Dalbir (see above) at Ogilvy - while working as an account - and thanks to him he got involved in various creative projects. After O&M he joined Leo Burnett Hungary as a stand-alone copywriter working on one of the biggest clients of the agency: Philip Morris. Simultaneously, he started his own mini-agency working on interactive projects. These years meant a lot of experience which he is using right now, working as a consultant/creative for Carnation, one of the biggest online creative agencies in Hungary. He is always looking forward to jump into the most various projects and is ready to take part in the world. At the age 15 influenced by the web and so recognizing the possibilities, he decided to make his own fate as a multi functional programmer in the future, so he started to learn and study. After working at a huge online creative agency (Carnation) he decided to start his own business and founded eclips3.media (ECLM). Nowadays he is working as a freelancer web designer and programmer. He is crazy about finding always the newest technologies and options to raise the bar in the internet’s possibilities. Other informations can be found on his personal website.

Daniel Demmel: idea distiller and layout blacksmith

Being always amazed by how entertaining advertising can be if done properly, I decided during my teenage years that I want to somehow take part in making them. After getting a taste at competitions I found myself working at (Carnation, Ogilvy) and for (Leo Burnett, Kirowski) quite a few agencies before even leaving college. Right after graduating I kickstarted eclips3.media jointly with a few friends, to be able to work at our own terms and without compromises. But feeling the need to know the world more than being able to in Budapest, I ended up in London, doing future designs for Sony and Sony Ericsson at a small but successful studio called UsTwo. At the same time, being half-Europe away doesn't mean I stopped keeping an eye on projects running at home.
